Brides now introduces its Fall 2014 Bridal Collection comprising of bridal and formal wear for the forthcoming wedding season. The latest collection will be available at the brand’s Bridal Studio located at 117-P Gulberg II, Lahore through custom orders.
Inspired by the elegance and grandeur that is characteristic of Pakistani weddings, the new collection presents a distinctive fusion of modern and traditional bridal fashion that is the hallmark of Maria B. Brides. The new collection provides brides-to-be with a diversity of choice for their Mehndi, Barat and Walima ceremonies with ensembles consisting of full length gowns, A-line shirts with lehngas and short frocks and straight shirts with cigarette pants among others.
The new line is based in a subtle colour palette that comprises of pastels and fresh tones and features intricate embroidery in a luxe range of sheer fabrics consisting of nets, chiffons, pure jamawar and raw silk. For bridal wear specifically, the brand has made use of unconventional embellishments such as foil printing and tissue and jamawar appliqués to create a distinct aesthetic which is both elegant and sophisticated.
